The Prologus Galaetus or Galeatum principium is a preface by Jerome, dated 391-392, to his translation of the Liber Regum ( the book of Kings composed of four parts: the first and second books of Samuel the first and second books of Kings ) The Gutenberg Bible (also known as the 42-line Bible, the Mazarin Bible or the B42) was the earliest major book printed using mass-produced movable metal type in Europe. Troubadour and minstrel Ulrich von Liechtenstein ( Codex Manesse in Heidelberg ) Zürich, ca. 1300 -1340 Ulrich von Liechtenstein ( ca. 1200 – 26 January 1275 ) was a German minnesinger and poet of the Middle Ages. He wrote poetry in Middle High German and was author of noted works about how knights and nobles may lead more virtuous lives. Ulrich was a member of a wealthy and influential ministerialis family from Liechtenstein in Styria.
